Students of Christian Science regard its teachings as a way of life — as the promised "comforter"of the ages. Simply put, Christian Science is the science of Christianity — the practical application of Christian ideas to daily life. It’s both a religious teaching and a system of healing founded on the Bible’s universal truths. It is in the spirit of love that we bring this web site to the community along with the special joy and regeneration we have found in the study of this enlightening and redeeming system of Christian healing.

Hello again. From the Christian Science Board of Directors’ recent trip to Africa and from four just-concluded Church Alive Summits held in the USA, Germany, and the UK, we've seen tangible signs of the expansive thinking and activity moving our members forward with Church. We think this new video newsletter provides glimpses of this progress taking place the world over. Later this summer, you'll be able to see more complete versions of these stories, in addition to the many others already posted on the Church Alive section of christianscience.com. We hope you'll be inspired by how our church community is learning and growing. And if you haven’t already done so, mark your calendar for next month's Annual Meeting—on Monday, June 4, at 1:00 p.m. EDT. Hope you’ll join us on the Web if you aren’t here in Boston. The live video webcast provides front-row seats! Warmly, Nathan Talbot |
